First of All , What is an ITIN?

Individual Tax Identification Number ( ITIN) allows taxpayers who do not have a Social Security Number (SSN) use it for income tax returns. Unlike other types of identities, ITINs have only one purpose – tax filing and reporting. Having an ITIN number does not help you to enjoy benefits such as Social Security or earned income credits that provide refunds to some low-income file holders.

Both US residents and foreigners can receive ITINs regardless of their immigration status. Non-resident and resident foreigners, their spouses and dependents may apply for ITIN if they are not eligible for an SSN. Here’s what they need an ITIN:

  • Non-resident foreigners who must submit a tax return
  • Resident foreigners who must submit a tax return due to the number of days they reside in the US.
  • Addicts or spouse of a US citizen or resident foreigner
  • Addicts or spouses of non-foreign visa holders

Those living abroad can also take an ITIN.

ITIN is a nine-digit number formatted similarly to the SSN. To apply for an ITIN, you must complete the Application form for IRS Form W-7. This one-page application requires:

Name and birth name (if different)
Date and place of birth
Identity documents to accompany the application, such as a passport, driver’s license or government issued ID
Foreign status or immigration documents in original forms or certified copies

If you have used an ITIN in the past, you must provide a predefined ID number in your application.

You need to send your passport directly to the IRS to confirm your ITIN application. If you send a copy of your passport or work with non-IRS agents, you will have a little chance of getting ITIN. So we have found a nice website for you by doing the necessary research. The website we will share gives a 100% refund guarantee. So they will refund your money if they get failed. JUST CLICK HERE to go to this website which gives you 100% guarantee to get your ITIN.

Answer the questions on the form correctly after going to their websites. They will then contact you by e-mail after making the payment.

NOTE: The IRS agent will refund your money if you do not get your ITIN.

Application process

The IRS agent will do video call and check your passport then sign it and ship it to the IRS. Getting your ITIN may take 1-3 weeks.

If you applied by yourself, you should expect to return to the IRS about your approval status after not more than twenty weeks; once your application is approved, you will receive a letter with your ITIN.

Double-check your application for missing information or errors before completing your application, and missing applications (such as missing proper ID or immigration documents) may take more than seven weeks to process. If you have not received a response after seven weeks, you can check the status of your ITIN application by calling the IRS toll free at 800-829-1040.

NOTE: If you will ship the copy of your passport, the IRS may not accept it and declines your application. Therefore you will have 2 options:

  1. Ship directly your original passport to the IRS (Not copy one),
  2. Or find a Certified Acceptance IRS Agent

The most of people do not want to ship their original passport to the IRS. For that reason you should choose option 2. So you will want to find a Certified Acceptance IRS Agent.

Good news for you. As we mentioned befre,we have already found an IRS agent and shared a reliable Certified Acceptance IRS Agent for you. And they also offer an affordable pricing. They give you %100 guarantee so if they get failed they will refund your money back.  (CLICK HERE TO GO TO THEIR WEBSITE)

ITIN Termination and Renewal

If you have not used your ITIN at least once in the last three years, you must renew it to remain valid.

Even if you have used your ITIN recently, if you received it before 2013, it ends on January 1, 2017, or if you have the middle digits of 78 and 79 (for example, 9XX-78-XXXX or 9XX-79-XXXX). are the first types.

You will need to renew your ITIN if you meet one of the two categories above unless you need to submit a income tax return next year.
